Tip for drivers: Just behind the Crowne Plaza Hotel, parallel to Hamdan Street and close to the back entrance of the hotel, there is a big underground parking that costs only 2 AED per hour.
Parking there, we usually have to get into the hotel from the secondary door instead than the main entrance, but it is very handy when we want to drive instead than getting a taxi.

Home of the city-famous ‘pizza by the meter’, Spaccanapoli is a favourite for many Expats living in Abu Dhabi, and not only Italian ones.
Always busy and buzzing with people, we like this restaurant very much, and we ate here many times.
Spaccanapoli is inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and serves a wide range of Italian food.

All their food is lovely, with a special mention for their desserts: the Tiramisu is truly mouthwatering!

If we order dinner between 4pm and 7pm, we can get 50% discount on our bill, hence it is advised to arrive early!
If we don’t fancy choosing from the menu, every Monday, from 6pm to 11pm, there is also the chance to choose an all-you-can-eat buffet of cheeses, antipasti and wine.
From pasta to pizza, from cheese to bread, this Italian eatery has something for everyone, and we will keep coming back for more.
