Breakwater

Breakwater is a small off-shoot that is like a miniature version of Abu Dhabi: Expensive villas, a large mall and great views. The area is also home to the National Theatre and Heritage Village. It can get pretty busy here in the evening with locals and visitors, but people come here for good reasons.
